Altar Society - Annunciation
This group assists the maintenance staff in cleaning the interior of Annunciation Church to glorify God! They meet every Friday from 9am-1pm and at various other times during the liturgical seasons of Easter and Christmas.

Facilities Committee - Annunciation
This group meets bimonthly or as needed to address parish needs and issues and works with the maintenance staff to ensure that parish facilities are in working order. All parishioners are welcome to join this committee and interested persons would speak directly with the Pastor.

Church Outdoor Beautification Committee - Annunciation
This group holds two primary parish clean up events (Spring Clean-Up & Mulching and Fall Clean Up) as well as regular attention to the parish ground to weed, water, and attend to the natural beauty that surrounds the church. All are welcome to join, please bring your own rake and shovel!

Church Beautification - Our Lady of Providence
This committee is responsible for decorating the church with flowers and other accessories to glorify God for our church and parish community! This is a flexible committee that meets as needed depending on member schedules and will meet more frequently for church Holy Days or during the Easter and Christmas seasons. All parishioners are welcome to join!

Heavenly Dusters - Our Lady of Providence
This group meets on Friday’s after 7:30 am Mass to assist the maintenance staff in keeping the interior of the church clean. Additionally, those in this group may come to church as their schedules allow to straighten books, dust pews, water flowers, and refill the holy water fonts. All parishioners are welcome to join this group.

Green Thumbs - Our Lady of Providence
Those that are interested in gardening or want to brush up on their gardening skills are invited to assist with the basic clean up and upkeep of the gardens in front of the parish offices (formerly Our Lady of Providence rectory) and the front of Our Lady of Providence Church. The group meets once a month on the Second Saturday of the month at 9:00am. Additionally, group members volunteer to help water the flowers during the hot Summer months on a daily basis.
