Salads & Casseroles for St. Patrick’s Center: We are waging the war against hunger with our weapons of packages of salad, fresh vegetables, ranch dressing and casseroles. Extra gifts of packages of cookies or a loaf of bread are also appreciated. Drop-off is the Monday before the second Tuesday of the month. Please drop off frozen casseroles to OLP school entrance facing Pardee between 8:00am - 10:15am on days noted below. Questions, contact Char 314-740-1901 or Judy 314-680-3111.

Recipe

• 4 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
• 16 oz cooked noodles
• 1 can corn - drained
• 32 oz spaghetti sauce
• 4 slices of cheese on top

Mix top 4 ingredients together and put in casserole tray. Arrange cheese on top and freeze until delivery.
